We recently had our garage door replaced. Our Tech/Sales representative was Trevian and our installer was Todd. Both were helpful, very knowledgeable, and professional. They both deserve our high recommendation for anyone that is in need for all garage door services. Trevian patiently explained all of our options and answered our many questions, very much appreciated his help.Todd did a great job in installing our new garage door. The door and trim looks great. I appreciated the time he took in explaining a few things about garage doors and the maintenance involved.Again, a big thanks to Trevian and Todd, both deserve high recommendations!

Called Authentic with a heavy metal frame and glass garage door that seized up because of a broken spring. The tech, Erich, was scheduled the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem and presented a detailed estimate of the timing and cost for repairs. He then returned and carried out all if the necessary repairs. Service visit was promptly scheduled and I was kept fully informed. Staff was always friendly, efficient prepared to answer any questions. I really believe this company deserves a 5 Star rating.

A-Authentic sent Armand out the day after I called. He arrived within the time frame given. He gave me quotes on 3 different systems. He explained the different features of each. After I selected one he completed the work in short order. He helped me set up the app so I can check on the status of my garage door on my phone. The opener was a lot more expensive than I expect ed and I do not know how their prices compare to other companies, since this is the only one I called. Armand did give me a veterans discount after I asked for it, so that helped. The opener seems to be working fine and I am satisfied with the product and installation.

Bernard was magnificent & performed our Service in less than an hour. He is a pro & left us with a functional G doorThat was back to standard. His Re commendation for a new door was reasonable & very appealing price wise. So we have decided to go with it.Bottom-line AAuthentic is the high standard we were accustomed to. After our garage door unexpectedly stopped working, we contacted this company and we’re able to easily get an appointment scheduled for the same week. There was fantastic communication the entire process and I always knew what to expect. Armand showed up promptly and quickly did all the repairs/replacements needed while providing great service. I really appreciate the system used to email/text and how smooth of a process it was for something that was new to me. I needed work done on my garage door. I was not happy with the services provide to me by previous garage door companies. Per recommendations of one of my neighbors I called A-Authentic Garage Door Service over the weekend. They were very quick in scheduling a service call. Upon arrival of their technician he gave me reasonable three quotes. After selection of one of the quotes technician Erich S. did not waste any time getting job done. He did a professional job within the reasonable time frame. Before he left he made sure that the job was done right and to my satisfaction. All I have to say is that A- Authentic Garage Door Service and their technician Erich S. is the company I would strongly recommend for garage door maintenance/repair/ replacement.

Wow, to say David G is thorough would be an understatement. David was professional, nice and comes with many years of experience that is reflected in his comprehensive and detailed inspection of my garage door to include pictures. I liked that he speaks upon facts of my garage door vs. just industry standard and takes the time to explain all of the recommendations and provides different quotes based upon the different recommendation scenarios.

Great customer service, reasonable fees, easy to get an appointment, and timely. Had a problem with our opener and LiftMaster was having us jump through hoops to resolve the issue. Professional, explained everything that needed to be done and why, but didn't pressure you to have it done. The rest depended on what you could afford or wanted to be done and some commences. Our tech Erich was PHENOMENAL! We had been having garage issues for a couple of weeks, one company came and told us we needed a whole new garage door and we were dreading the cost. I booked with A Authentic on a whim Saturday night online for a Sunday consultation and am SO HAPPY I DID! Erich provided me with so much information and let me know I didn't need a brand new door and we could work with what we had by replacing some key parts instead. He saved us SO MUCH money (he let us use a flyer coupon on the order) and headache. His knowledge was apparent and he had a great attitude. I would 1000% recommend this company!

We used A-Authentic to install two new garage door openers for us last year. At the time, they recommended replacing our springs and other door hardware. We chose not to replace that equipment at the time. Yesterday one of the springs broke. A-Authentic was able to come out same day and fix everything. We had them upgrade hardware to all 3 of our garage doors and install an opener on the 3rd door that we had not previously replaced. We are very happy with their prompt service and the great job that was done with our total installation. I would highly recommend them for any of your garage door needs.

When I backed into our partially opened garage door, I contacted A-Authentic Garage Door Service. Jeff B. gave us amazing, fast and reliable service. I was able to contact them online requesting service for specific time frame and they responded within minutes to confirm. I was sent a text when the technician was on the way. With a photo of the technician Jeff B and a short bio of his qualifications.Jeff arrived on time and was friendly and professional. Jeff gave us three options for the repair. One to minimally repair the door, one to repair and reinforce the door for a lasting repair, and a quote to replace the door. He explained each option with the pros and cons of each. There was no sales pressure to choose one over the other. We chose the mid option and the job was done in less than an hour. We are happy with the experience and will use them again. I bent my garage door side rail and needed it repaired the same day, otherwise the garage door would have had to be open overnight. Long story short, it was after hours and I found A-Authentic who does after hour appointments. I was given an estimated time of arrival and Mike (technician) kept me updated of arrival time and was actually early. He was very professional, did a GREAT job and I felt the prices were good. He made a couple recommendations (for future consideration) that I might want to think about that would make my garage door mechanism last longer - NO high pressure sales. I was very satisfied with Mike and A-Authentic Garage Door Service.

I was able to get an appointment to have our garage door looked at within an hour of calling. Received constant communication on the arrival time of the technician. Our technician, David, was prompt, courteous and professional. He took the time to explain the issue and are available resolution options. We had an emergency with our opener and we were going out of town. They came the next morning and replaced opener in a very timely manner. I appreciate the promptness. Dane was great. We had a very noisy garage door. It sounded like Godzilla every time we opened and closed it. Trevian was the rep you sent out to our home. He was very polite, and very knowledgeable. You've got a great salesman there... he sold us a new garage door opener and updated the rollers and mechanisms to the existing garage door. I had a garage door installed in July of 2021 and got a great garage door at what I believe to be, a below market price. The installation was on time and done very well. Great expensive all around.Which, brings me to today, yesterday actually, June 10th. I backed into the garage door and A-Authentic had my door fixed the same day. Again, great technician, responsive, quality work.Both of my experiences exceeded my expectation and I consider myself a demanding, yet fair, consumer.Highly recommend for anything garage door related.

Was having issues with the Wayne Dalton garage door system. Rick K came to the house and assessed the situation. I ended up replacing the garage door set up with external springs as opposed to the Wayne Dalton internal springs. Rick K was very efficient and professional. He explained the process to me as he was replacing the old springs to the new ones. The job was completed in less than an hour. The door is quieter now and moves much more smoothly. I will call them again if I need them and will recommend them.

Mike and Bernard arrived on time. From Peoria to Queen Creek YIKES! Mike let Bernard, who is new to the company, ask me a bunch of questions and Bernard asked really good questions. They gave me 3 different service option allowing my wife and myself to decide based on our finances. Mike and Bernard did the work quickly and gave me pointers to help keep the garage door working good. I am eventually going to spend the $$$ to get the newest garage door system but I have to save for that. Mike and Bernard can come back to my house anytime. Garage door springs were broken, knew they would need a replacement. Called A-Authentic in the morning, the scheduler was courteous and fast, even asked if I wanted an earlier time when one became available, which I took gladly. Jeff B was thorough and knowledgeable. Pointed out things I haven't noticed about my garage door. He was comprehensive but not pushy. It provided three options and the benefit of each without any high-pressure sales tactics. Everything was a positive experience from the time I call, to the text message alerting me of Billy's arrival, the service processes, right to the end when I was emailed my payment receipt. Over the past few months A-Authentic been out to my home to repair my main garage and my golf cart garage. Both times I was fortunate to have Dane be my repairman. He is prompt, professional, courteous and he did a great job for me on both occasions. Most recently, he showed up 15 minutes early which is a rarity in the valley and i really appreciate that very much. I would not hesitate to recommend A-Authentic and in particular Dane. My garage door opener jammed and literally broke on a Friday evening recently as I was heading out to grab a bite to eat. Needless to say, I called the first number I saw which was pasted on my wall next to the opening button for the garage door. I quickly found out what a huge mistake that was, as they were not even willing to send someone out until the next day, even though both my cars were stuck inside of my garage. I then found A-Authentic in my coupon mailer. Thank goodness I chose wisely and went with A-Authentic. They sent Shawn B. out immediately to my house. Shawn‘s expertise, knowledge, and thorough explanation of how he was going to repair and replace my garage door opener made me feel 100% at ease. Shawn provided me with three separate tiers of pricing for a garage door opener‘s, rather than just highball me to the top. They did not charge me Friday evening/weekend our prices either like some do. This company is fair and efficient, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of service, replacement or repair of their garage door opener. They are awesome! Friendly phone operator. I called in the morning got service scheduled for 2-3 o'clock the same day. She went over all the pricing and brought my attention to available coupons. Mike W arrived at 2pm, answered all our questions prior to starting work. Got our garage door working and did a full inspection. To my pleasant surprise Mike was not pushy to up sell. I will definitely use A-Authentic in the future and feel comfortable recommending them to any one.
